QUESTION: What if I don’t want to use my credit card online?

ANSWER: You can call the store (845-255-6862) and a sales associate can take your credit card information over the phone.  Unfortunately we don’t accept checks for online purchases.

QUESTION: What if I don’t see the item I’m looking for on the website?

ANSWER: If there’s an item that you are pretty sure we have in the store, but it isn’t on our website, you can call the store and a sales associate will help you locate this item.  If it’s in the store or coming in soon, we are more than happy to send it to you.

QUESTION: I received my order, but it arrived damaged or it wasn’t exactly what I wanted.  Can I return the item?

ANSWER: If the item was damaged during shipping, we are more than happy to send you a replacement.  Simply call the store (845-255-6862) and a sales associate will help you.  If you are returning an unused item you will need to call the store to obtain a return authorization number.  Unfortunately we cannot help you with the shipping charges in this case so it’s important to be sure that what you are ordering is truly what you want.

QUESTION: My purchase is going to be a gift, can it be gift wrapped?

ANSWER: Any item can be gift wrapped in our signature yellow bag with tissue and wraphia for an extra $2.00.  When you check out, there will be a place for you to specify if you would like this option.

QUESTION: The item I am trying to purchase has limited quantites.  How can I order more of that item?

ANSWER:  If you need more than what we have available online, call the store and speak with an associate about possibly ordering more.  Some items are one of a kind or unavailable, but we will do our best to help you find what you’re looking for.

QUESTION: Is Verde part of Cocoon?

ANSWER: Verde is Cocoon’s sister store on North Front Street that opened in the Spring of 2009.  There is a great selection in the shop and there will be a website with items for sale for Verde coming soon.  In the meantime, if there are items that you are pretty sure we have in Verde, you may call (845-255-4500) and a sales associate will help you.  Although Cocoon and Verde share the same great taste in design, we cannot share gift cards which means that Cocoon gift cards can only be used in Cocoon and Verde gift card can only be used in Verde.
